Up to Nutrition™ cares about protecting your privacy and
respects the privacy of its visitors to the website. This policy
sets out how we handle personal data, cookies, and email addresses.

| Personal
Data |
It
is your choice to submit any personal data to www.wakeuptonutrition.com.
However, we use a secure server (SSL) which means we will protect
your information to the best of our ability. Our software is
installed on a server with an SSL certificate. When a secure
page is called up, the CGI will access the secure URL for that
portion of the transaction. While the secure server offers you
the best protection available, no guarantee can be given that
information sent over the Internet on any server is always 100%
secure.
Other personal information given to us through tests and surveys
will only be used by Dr. Chris Greene and his employees for
your own healing purposes. |

| Cookies |
A cookie
is a piece of data that is sent from a web server to a web browser
on the user’s machine when the browser visits the server’s
site. The cookie is stored on the user’s machine, but
has no administrative capabilities and will not harm your computer.
Any time a web browser requests a file from the same web server
that sent the cookie, the browser sends a copy of that cookie
back to the server along with the request. In this way, the
server knows you have previously visited and can synchronize
your access to different pages on its website. No server can
find out a name or email address, or anything about a user’s
computer, by using cookies. |

| Email
Addresses |
We
will only record your email address if you send it to us through
membership registration, symptom survey, test, or other information
requiring it. It will only be used for the purpose for which
you have given it. We will not use your email address or any
of the personal data your email contains for any other purpose
besides those involving www.toyourhealth.com. We will not disclose
your email address without your consent.
We will take all practical measures available to us to keep
any information we hold about you secure, accurate, and current.
We will store your information securely and take appropriate
measures to protect it from fraud, alteration, and disclosure.
However, please remember nothing sent over the Internet is always
100% secure, and while we have taken steps to prevent disclosure,
please exert a degree of care when sending us information.
Members can change any personal information at any time by contacting
us, preferably through email. |
